When you register to become a member of the Clara Project comunity or subscribe to our newsletter and updates, we save your private data in our systems. Information related to community users and disclosed publicly (basic information): first name, last name and organisation. You can access all the information disclosed with us at any time, verify its accuracy and, if necessary, correct it. In order to do this, please log in into your profile and adjust everything that is necessary. You can always delete your profile, if you decide to do so. All personal details disclosed by registered users to this website remain fully in their control. The users can delete or modify any of their personal details at any time through the edit tab in their respective profile settings. Clara Project does not copy or modify this information in any way and uses it solely for the purposes of Clara Project website, platforms and newsletters. Clara Project never discloses personal information to third parties without prior approval. We do not divulge your personal data for any marketing purposes. The minimum information details we collect for the purposes of registering with a profile on Clara Project are: full name and email address. This information is collected and safely stored in order to provide the user access to the Clara Project community, newsletter subscription, contribution of content in particular cases (news, events etc.). All the data collected through the online user profile form will be stored safely in our database system until the end of the contract, upon completion of which the data will be deleted. We take high security measures to safeguard the information against possible misuse or unauthorised access. The data will be kept in a highly secure server with daily backups. Only authorised personal has physical access to the server and can access the server file system via a remote connection. All the passwords used will be encrypted. Within Clara Project we also provide links to third-party sites. Since we do not control them, we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
