Climate services for disaster risk reduction

On 29 and 30 January 2018, the "Climate services for disaster risk reduction" workshop co-organised by Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), PLACARD project & European Research Area for Climate Services (ERA4CS) took place in Bologna. 

The workshop was aimed at exploring the development of climate services to support disaster risk reduction in Europe. In particular, the workshop defined:

The "Climate services for disaster risk reduction workshop report", authored by Rob Swart, Eleni Karali, Jaroslav Mysiak, Carlo Buontempo, Mário Pulquério & Roger Street, summarizes the main outcomes of the workshop.
