CLARA Stakeholder Meeting, September 13, Bologna

Stakeholder meeting on climate services in Bologna, 13th of September 2018

 

The next CLARA local users and stakeholders panel meeting will take place on 13th September in Bologna, hosted at the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change (CMCC) and the University of Bologna, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm.

The meeting will feature demonstration examples of the CLARA services. The meeting is open to all interested community members, in particular users of climate services, representatives from local and regional administrations, land reclamation boards, energy, waste and water utilities, city planners and engineering studios.

 

In addition to CLARA related content, the meeting will feature recently approved adaptation strategy of the Emilia-Romagna region and contributions from two new innovation projects: H2020 SWAMP (Smart water management platform) project focusing on precision irrigation; and Climate-KIC demonstrator SAFERPLACES (Improved assessment of pluvial, fluvial and coastal flood hazards and risks in European cities as a mean to build safer and resilient communities).
